Results are posted here for the 2019 IHSA Class 2A Regional Cross Country meet hosted by Riverside-Brookfield High School.  The meet was held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Sundown Meadows Forest Preserve, Countryside, Illinois.

Note: This meet WILL be held even if the Chicago Public School strike is still ongoing. If the strike doesn't end before the meet, IHSA By-law 2.140 indicates that athletes from a school on strike may not participate in any IHSA extra-curricular event. Thus, no Chicago Public School would be allowed to compete. Other teams and athletes must still compete in order to advance to the Sectional meet though, so the meet will still take place with the remaining schools. Advancement will still be the same, 6 teams and 5 individual athletes not on those 6 teams. Any team that does not compete cannot advance.
