Results are posted here for the 2007 IHSA Class 3A Regional Cross Country meet hosted by St. Charles East High School. The meet was held on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Leroy Oaks Forest Preserve in St. Charles, Illinois. Results of this meet will be posted by late afternoon, the day of the meet.
