COVID-19 Restrictions
Spectators will only be allowed in designated areas. This area is restricted to the public park (Ridgeland Park) on the west end of the high school campus. Please see the course map below for where this is located. No spectators will be allowed by the start or finish lines. Spectators must maintain social distancing, and must be wearing a mask.Only athletes competing in the current race are allowed at the starting line. Upon finishing the race, athletes should exit the finish area as quickly as possible and return to their team camp. Congregating in the finish area will not be allowed.
Each race is kept small by only having 2 or 3 teams compete at a time. Each team can have 7 athletes per race.
Athletes will be dropped off in one location and then be picked up in another location. This will keep teams that are leaving and teams that are arriving away from each other. The warmup area for athletes is on the football field and track.
Prior to arriving at the meet, all athletes will have gone through a temperature and symptom check. We ask that everyone please be respectfull of others and wear a mask at all times at the meet (unless an athlete is warming up or participating in a race). The teams and officials are staying as safe as they can, so if any fans, media, spectators, parents, siblings of athletes, etc. have any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are not feeling well in any way, please do your part and stay home and view the results online.
